Rockin the River back with another Friday of music

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— It was the second night of Rockin the River, a free concert series in downtown Wilkes-Barre.
Friday’s performance was by “Maybe I’m Amazed: A Tribute to Paul McCartney, with Tori V. & The Karma” at the River Common at Millennium Circle.
People were able to enjoy food vendors and beverages from the Susquehanna Brewing Company while listening to the music.

Friday’s show brought out a big crowd of music lovers.
“I like the groove of the music. My favorite song is ‘I Want to Hold Your Hand’ and I just grew up loving The Beatles,” expressed Madi Szafran, Kingston.
Next week is the last weekend of the concert series with a performance by “Halfway to Hell: A Tribute to AC/DC, with Aaron Fink & The Fury.”
