A trusted Marvel Rivals leaker has recently shared a video revealing the Vampire Hunter Blade’s gameplay, including his weapons and abilities. Blade is set to officially join Marvel Rivals in Season 3.5, and while players still don’t know exactly when the character will arrive, he is expected to drop in mid-August 2025.
Marvel Rivals is a free-to-play third-person hero shooter available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The game offers dynamic gameplay with team-up mechanics in a destructible environment, featuring a diverse roster of well-known characters from the Marvel franchises. Since launch, the game has evolved from 33 heroes at release to over 40 by July 2025. The development team has also actively incorporated fan feedback to improve the game, introducing themed game modes, cosmetic events, bug fixes, and more. Now, players are waiting for the release of Phoenix, a high-impact Duelist with area damage, on July 11—though the community has also been eagerly anticipating the arrival of Blade. PostsThe leaker known as RivalsInfo took to Twitter to share a short video revealing a first look at Marvel Rivals’ Blade gameplay. In the video, Blade can be seen swinging his sword against another Blade, then spinning and unleashing a special attack. Blade will also be able to use a gun to take down opponents, and the video shows the weapon in action. The iconic character will also feature an ability where he charges up his sword to deliver a powerful attack.

RivalsInfo had already shared some Marvel Rivals leaks about Blade, including the hero’s ability kit, featuring his two primary attacks: the Blade Chopper and his hunting shotgun. Moreover, his skills will include Blood Liberation, which gives him enhanced senses and allows him to heal by inflicting damage, and Step and Chop, which reduces opponents' movement speed and healing.
Marvel Rivals leakers have revealed other things as well recently, such as the upcoming swimsuit skins inspired by the classic Marvel comic Marvel Swimsuit Special. Alongside new Duelist Jean Grey, the swimsuit skins will be released as part of Marvel Rivals Season 3 on July 11.
